ВЫВОДЫ.
1. Впервые был получен набор рекомбинантных плазмид, содержащих, ген фибера вируса ССЯ-7 6 под контролем различных промоторов.
С помощью метода направленного мутагенеза были получены рекомбинатные плазмиды, содержащие нуклеотидные замены в вариабельной области гена фибера.
2. Впервые показано, что инъекция рекомбинантными плазмидами, содержащими ген фибера ССЯ-7 6 белым мышам (генетическая иммунизация), вызывает образование клеточного и гуморального иммунного ответа.
3. Разработаны схемы генетической иммунизации лабораторных животных рекомбинантными плазмидами, содержащими ген фибера вируса ССЯ-7 6.
4. Установлено наличие вируснейтрализующих антител (титр 4-51од2)в сыворотках крови лабораторных животных, подвергнутых генетической иммунизации рекомбинантными плазмидами.
5. Впервые проведен синтез изолированного белка фибера вируса ССЯ-7 6 в бакуловирусной системе, а также в культуре клеток млекопитающих и птиц, определена молекулярная масса рекомбинатного белка и изучены его антигенные свойства.
