выводы
1. Показано, что белок уЬ ПЛВМ, как и белок уЬ ВШМЯ, осуществляет регуляцию экспрессии вирусных БО и ТБГ1, а также синтеза вирусных РНК.
2. Установлено, что белок уЬ ВШМЯ является фактором дальнего транспорта в N. ЬеШкатгапа и по-разному осуществляет регуляцию экспрессии вирусных БО и ТБГ1 в однодольном и двудольном растениях-хозяевах.
3. Показана способность белка уЬ ПЛВМ усиливать проявление симптомов близкородственного вируса ВШМЯ, а также способность белков уЬ ПЛВМ и ВШМЯ увеличивать патогенность неродственного Х-вируса картофеля.
4. Доказана способность цистеин-богатых белков уЬ гордеивирусов ВШМЯ и ПЛВМ подавлять посттранскрипционное умолкание генов.
5. Методом сайт-направленного мутагенеза картированы последовательности белка уЬ ПЛВМ, необходимые для супрессии посттранскрипционного умолкания генов.
