выводы

Показано, что при временной экспрессии в клетках растений ТБГЗ ПЛВМ сшитый с GFP локализуется во внутриклеточных включениях, расположенных на периферии клетки. Показано, что консервативная последовательность центрального гидрофильного участка белка ТБГЗ необходима для такой внутриклеточной локализации.

Получен клон-продуцент Е. coli, экспрессирующий белок ТБГЗ, сшитый с GFP. Проведены выделение и очистка препаративных количеств белка.

Получены моноклональные антитела к гидрофильным участкам белка ТБГЗ и GFP и определена их специфичность. Показана способность моноклональных антител реагировать с белком ТБГЗ, экспрессируемым в растениях.

Методом биохимического фракционирования белок ТБГЗ сшитый с GFP обнаружен в мембранной фракции тканей растений.

Показано, что центральный гидрофильный участок ТБГЗ ПЛВМ способен специфически взаимодействовать с N-терминальным районом белка ТБГ1 ПЛВМ.
